David Leonard, M.D.
Dr. Leonard is an adult psychiatrist who is board certified in psychiatry by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology. He focuses on patients with depression, anxiety disorders, ADHD and LGBT adjustment issues.
Dr. Leonard is a Cincinnati native who did his undergraduate training at the University of Notre Dame. He returned to the University of Cincinnati for medical school and residency, where he was chief resident in his final year of training. He worked for four years at the University of Cincinnati as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Psychiatry and entered private practice in 2008. He uses a combination of therapy (Psychodynamic, CBT, and DBT) and medication management to help patients achieve their most fulfilling lives.
